Yes! And, you are not ugly at all. The only ugly thing about you is the image you have of you in your mind. Where did that come from? Who (and how many times) told you that you were ugly and what might their motivation be to have done that?
I see no facial flaws, big beautiful bright eyes…

It’s hard to see how your face and skin truly look like because of the lighting of your camera and because of the black and white. From what I saw, you seemed to be quite pretty.
If one person sees you as beautiful, another might see you as ugly.
Same for the opposite. If one sees you as ugly, another might view you as gorgeous.
One important thing is to learn how to love yourself. I used to think of myself as ugly as sin, but then I started to force myself to think more positively. Instead of looking at your flaws, look at your good traits. Look at yourself in the mirror every day and keep looking at your good features. It might take a while, it might take a few days, but it can help.
If you keep telling yourself you’re beautiful and focusing on your traits instead of your flaws, you’ll feel beautiful.
What you see as a flaw others might see as a treasure. Someone might hate their big lips where otherse wish they had them. Some might hate their blue eyes and wish they were brown where some people with brown eyes might wish they were blue.
We all have a different outlook on what beauty is.
